Kheh'dher of Information and Public Affairs
Public information, source-grounded explanations, inquiry routing, and accessible dissemination without manufacturing Government authority.
Purpose and responsibility
Information and Public Affairs prepares and routes public-safe explanatory information from competent Government source records, helps the public find the responsible institution, and supports accessible dissemination across public channels. It does not convert public-relations copy into law, authorize a warning, create an emergency finding, or replace the source office that owns a Government record.
Records and services
- public-information release and source-reference packets
- public inquiry routing and response provenance
- approved explanatory bulletins and accessibility/multilingual distribution records
- cross-references to Gazette, warning, records and service pages
Source and language boundary
Public communications must preserve the source office’s meaning, status and currentness. Yisreh'eyleeth wording is published only from the controlled language source; until a term is confirmed, the language field is marked pending rather than filled with a substitute script.
Public access and offline continuity
Government Correspondence is the public route for inquiries or clarification requests needing office routing. When the network is unavailable, public-warning communications use the same controlled paper master, posting log and radio-script packet. General public-information releases retain their source reference, approval record, distribution log and a copy for later digital reconciliation.
