Privacy, protected reporting, and retention

Web privacy: Web submissions are stored in protected application fields and are not published by default. They are not a promise of legal privilege, absolute confidentiality, anonymity, witness protection, or freedom from access by authorized system or Government administrators. Do not submit protected material if your browser reports an invalid, expired, or untrusted HTTPS certificate; use the sealed paper route instead. Do not use this form for an immediate safety emergency. A sealed paper route is available when network submission is unsuitable.

Retention: No deletion or destruction workflow is exposed by this mechanism. Digital and paper records are held under the owning Government record schedule. If no authorized disposition schedule applies, retain the record and paper original pending authorized disposition.

Paper path: For offline or sealed handling, use the Ethics & Integrity paper forms. The common Government paper-continuity register is used for controlled receipt and later reconciliation.
