Science, Technology & Innovation Administration
A protected Government administrative door for research and R&D proposals, grant-proposal intake, technology-assessment requests, standards/recommendation submissions, R&D portfolio references, and innovation-program administration.
Institution name
English: Science, Technology & Innovation Administration
Institutional role and record ownership
What this body is: the Government administrative mechanism responsible for receiving, routing and preserving Science, Technology & Innovation administrative records.
What it owns: the GSTI intake record, neutral administrative chronology, source-backed review/assessment/recommendation/portfolio/program references, and their paper-origin reconciliation records.
How a person uses it: submit a protected intake below, save the generated reference and private credential, and use the private-status form for administrative progress. During a network outage, use the numbered paper packet and bound register.
Source and decision handling: Intake, chronology and technical records remain source-attributed administrative records. They are kept separate from any later source-backed funding, standards, policy, procurement, certification, intellectual-property or other substantive decision.
What may enter this mechanism
Research & project proposals
Use this intake to submit and route research or R&D project proposals and preserve their administrative record.
Grant proposals
Use this intake to submit a funding request for administrative routing and tracking. Award, budget, eligibility and payment information enter the record only through separate source-backed records.
Technology assessments
Use this service to request a technology assessment and preserve the cited sources and resulting administrative assessment record.
Standards & recommendations
Submit standards or technical recommendations with their source/reference basis for routing and recordkeeping.
R&D portfolio references
Source-backed Government R&D portfolio references can be recorded and, when an authorized operator deliberately marks them public, listed in the public register.
Innovation programs
Use the mechanism to route innovation-program requests and preserve source references, administrative status and records.
1. Submit a protected administrative intake
Submitting the form creates a protected administrative receipt and tracking reference. Keep the private credential; later source-backed records and administrative status changes appear through the tracking service.
2. Track private status
Unknown valid-format references and incorrect credentials receive the same nondisclosing response. Protected contact, proposal detail, review notes and unpublished material are never returned without the private credential.
What happens next
- The intake receives a neutral
GSTIadministrative reference. - An authorized Government Services operator may triage, route, request information, add source-backed administrative records, and close the administrative record.
- Technology assessments, standards/recommendations, R&D portfolio references and innovation-program records retain an explicit source/reference basis.
- Only eligible source-backed records that an authorized operator explicitly marks public appear in the Public Portfolio References page; protected detail never appears there.
- If the network is unavailable, the paper packet provides receipt numbering, routing, custody, review/source-reference sheets and later provenance-preserving digital reconciliation.
