The three Houses
Here, we present an overview of the three foundational houses that form the backbone of our governance:
1. House of Law (בֵּית הַתּוֹרָה)
Overview
The House of Law (בֵּית הַתּוֹרָה) is the legislative branch of our government. It is dedicated to creating and interpreting laws based on the Torah, ensuring that justice and righteousness are upheld in all aspects of life.
Key Components
- Supreme Administrator (כֹּהֵן גָּדוֹל): The highest authority in the House of Law, overseeing all legislative activities.
- Legislative Assembly (כְּנֶסֶת הַחוֹקְקִים): A body of representatives renowned for their expertise in Torah law, responsible for drafting and codifying legislation.
- House of the Nazarite Levitical Administration (בֵּית הַנְּזִירִים הַכְּהֻנָּה הַלְּוִיָּת): A specialized group maintaining the sanctity of the legislative process and ensuring alignment with Levitical duties.
2. Executive House of the Monarchy (בֵּית נָגִיד הַמַּלְכוּת)
Overview
The Executive House of the Monarchy (בֵּית נָגִיד הַמַּלְכוּת) is responsible for the implementation of laws and the management of public administration. It is led by the King, who ensures that all executive actions align with the principles of the Torah.
Key Components
- King (הַמֶּלֶךְ HaMelekh): The head of state and government, directing the executive branch.
- Royal Cabinet (הַקָּבִּינֶט הַמַלְכוּתִי): A team of high-ranking officials heading various chambers such as Defense, Health, Treasury, and more, each focusing on specific areas of governance.
- Executive Offices (מִשְׂרָדִים בִּיצּוּעִיִים): Various offices supporting the administration, including the Office of the Royal Palace, Council of National Security, and others, ensuring smooth governance.
3. House of Judgment (בֵּית הַדִּין)
Overview
The House of Judgment (בֵּית הַדִּין) is the judicial branch of the United Monarchy of Yisra’eyl. It ensures justice and adherence to Torah law through fair and impartial legal proceedings.
Key Components
- Global Court (בֵּית דִּין גָּדוֹל): The highest judicial authority, overseeing all judicial matters and maintaining the integrity of the legal system.
- Supreme Courts (בָּתֵּי מִשְׁפָּט עֶלְיוֹן): Handle major legal disputes and appeals, ensuring correct application of the law.
- Specialized Courts (בָּתֵּי מִשְׁפָּט מְיוּחָדִים): Address specific areas of law such as Trade, Technology, Environmental, Family, and Criminal courts, providing expertise and specialized knowledge.
