Administrative routing: People / Status Administrative Records

1. Submit administrative intake

Provide only contact information and context needed for routing. Do not send passport, identity-card, license, SSN, biometric, birth/marriage/death-certificate, immigration-file, or other credential numbers unless a later authorized process specifically requires them.

2. Check private administrative status

Use the Government reference and private access credential from your receipt. Enter both values only in this private status form; do not place the credential in a link or address bar.

Individual status records are protected. Private status requires the matching Government reference and private access credential.

Paper / offline continuity

If connectivity is unavailable, use the common People/Status paper packet and bound register. Assign one controlled reference in the form PPR-PEOPLE-STATUS-{REGISTER}-{YYYYMMDD}-{ENTRY}, retain the original local receipt time/timezone and physical-original location, and reconcile the packet through authorized People/Status administration after service restoration. The later digital record keeps the paper provenance and its own later creation time.

Open People/Status paper packet

Paper intake and later reconciliation create no citizenship, nationality, residence, immigration, family, civil, voting, benefit, recognition, or other substantive status.

Identity & Licensing Services

Identity and licensing requests are handled through the Government Identity & Licensing Services workflow. People/Status cases can be routed to that service when identity review is required.
