Neutral claim boundary
A restorative/historical-wrong record is a neutral claim-and-evidence container. Recording it does not admit the wrong, establish ownership, possession, tribal inheritance, jurisdiction, liability, restitution entitlement, external recognition, or a remedy. Present possession/title and internal restorative claim status remain distinct.
Historical or international-law research can support an evidence packet, but research arguments do not themselves create jurisdiction, title, external recognition, or a remedy.
What can be documented
- claimed land/territory, property/resource, cultural/sacred, displacement/exclusion, institutional/historical, or other harm;
- source instruments, maps, title chains, testimony, archival records, cultural evidence, and authenticated copies;
- requested return/restoration, restitution/compensation, access/use, record correction/recognition, cultural repair/repatriation, conciliation, or other remedy;
- separate current possession/title facts and internal restorative-claim status.
How to start
Use Court Services for protected digital intake and identify that the matter is a restorative/historical-wrong claim. If the claim is intended for IIC World Court consideration, also identify the asserted jurisdiction/referral basis. For land or property claims, use the Land & Property Registry as the separate parcel/title/source-evidence lane. That handoff records evidence and routing only; it does not admit a claim, establish title or possession, create jurisdiction, or grant a remedy.

Paper / offline restorative claim packet
Print the form below. The receiving Registry officer assigns or cross-references the controlled House of Judgment Court Services PPR, indexes each evidence item, separates claimed historical/internal status from current external title/possession, and records requested remedies without marking them granted. Later digital reconciliation preserves the full paper-origin envelope and rejects reuse of the same controlled paper reference.
