Office of National Drug Control Policy

Government Public Safety · administrative office access

The Office of National Drug Control Policy page provides the current public administrative access point for protected records, complaints, incident information, referrals, and source-backed regulatory administration submitted under this existing office title.

Current public function

Public Safety receives and routes non-emergency information through the protected Government intake, preserves source references and chronology, and provides a neutral investigation and regulatory administration framework for future lawful use. The framework can record matters, referrals, received instruments, administrative inspection records, evidence/property handling, training or credential source records, and preparedness records as neutral administrative material for later source and authority review.

Services and records

Submit information or a complaint

Use the Public Safety service center for protected non-emergency intake and private status tracking.

Administrative investigation records

Use the neutral framework for source-backed matter, referral, received-order, inspection, officer/training/discipline, and preparedness administration.

Evidence and property continuity

Evidence and property items have stable references and a recorded custody history.

Authority and policy source boundary

Authority-sensitive drug-control policy, jurisdiction, commission, warrant or order effect, inspection, detention, seizure, sanction, and enforcement records require independently verified source authority. Authority-sensitive records are accepted only when current commission and jurisdiction sources are independently re-verified at the time of the write; any required warrant/order source must also verify. Unverified source material remains administrative evidence only.

Offline and paper access

The printable packet includes Form GIA-1 Incident Report, GIA-2 Complaint, GIP-1 Evidence / Property Item, GIP-2 Chain of Custody / Property Movement, and GIA-3 Manual Register & Digital Reconciliation. Paper references preserve physical-file provenance and are reconciled to the resulting digital GIA/GIP reference when service is available.
