Office of Crisis Management

Government Public Safety · crisis and preparedness administration

The Office of Crisis Management is the public administrative access point for crisis-preparedness inquiries, reported incident information, continuity records, referrals, and protected Public Safety routing.

What this office does

The current administrative function is to receive non-emergency preparedness and incident information, preserve a protected record and chronology, route material to the responsible Government office family, and maintain preparedness and investigation records.

Services and records

Preparedness inquiries

Submit preparedness questions or administrative continuity information through Public Safety intake for review and routing.

Incident information and referrals

Report non-emergency incident information or complaints for protected intake, source preservation, administrative review, and referral.

Evidence/property and offline continuity

Use the evidence/property and custody record framework and printable continuity packet when a source record or paper workflow is required.

Use or contact this office

Individual Public Safety records are not publicly searchable. Private status requires the reference and one-time credential issued at intake.

Emergency assistance

For immediate danger or an urgent need for emergency response, use the emergency services available in your location.

Offline and paper access

The paper packet supports incident reports, complaints, evidence/property intake, chain-of-custody entries, manual register numbering, physical-file location, privacy handling, and later digital reconciliation. Paper records preserve provenance.
