World Court

A neutral registry and case-support path for matters presented to the IIC World Court within the House of Judgment. The system records the asserted basis and evidence first; it never manufactures jurisdiction, external effect, or an outcome.

Yisreh’eyleeth institutional name: pending the authoritative Pealim/FD11-02 naming register; no substitute script or invented translation is used here.

Authority boundary

This registry preserves administrative and evidentiary records. It does not infer jurisdiction, World Court hierarchy, external legal effect, party liability, validity of service, entitlement to review, or any judgment or remedy. Judicial acts are recordable only when an authorized human authority and source evidence are supplied.

Nuremberg and other international-law material may be attached as research/citation support only. The software rejects research-support material when an operator tries to use it as the operative jurisdictional-basis record.

What the registry can hold

  • cause and party records;
  • jurisdictional-basis evidence and a separately human-entered jurisdiction determination;
  • filings, Indigenous-source referrals, evidence, interpreters and advocate-support needs;
  • judgments or orders only after an authorized human authority reference is supplied and the matter has a recorded human jurisdiction determination;
  • appeal/review requests, remedies and compliance evidence without presuming entitlement or success;
  • external-effect pathway evidence without claiming foreign recognition or enforcement.

How to start

Use Government Court Services for protected digital intake. State that you are requesting World Court / IIC jurisdictional review and identify any Indigenous source, agreement, consent, compact, arbitration clause, forum record, or other basis you rely on. Intake does not mean jurisdiction has been accepted.

Justice without a wealth gate

No privately purchased lawyer is required to ask for Court Services intake, interpreter/access support, or advocate-assistance routing. The separate access service records self-representation and financial barriers without choosing a still-unsettled general court fee policy.

Paper / offline path

Print the blank packet below. A receiving Registry officer assigns a manual reference in the form HOJ-PAPER-YYYY-#####, writes the date/time received, initials each evidence item or sealed container, records routing in the paper ledger, and stores the original in the restricted case file. When digital service is available, an authorized operator creates the corresponding protected Justice matter and records a paper_reconciliation entry preserving the original paper reference and a SHA-256 fingerprint of the scanned/verified paper record. The paper origin is never overwritten.

If no physical receiving point is currently published, use Court Services to request the current verified paper-receiving instruction rather than sending sensitive material to an unverified address.
